By accessing, registering for, or participating in any service, programme, or activity offered by Surfer Collection, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should refrain from using our services.
Programme Participation
Participants must provide accurate personal details during registration. You are expected to follow all safety guidelines, instructions, and codes of conduct. Failure to comply may result in suspension or removal from the programme.
Payments and Refunds
All payments must be completed before participating in programmes or accessing services. Refunds or cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis and follow our refund policy. Non-refundable services will be clearly indicated.
Scholarships and Sponsorships
Scholarships and sponsorships are awarded based on eligibility criteria set by Surfer Collection. They are non-transferable and must only be used for the specified programme or purpose. Misuse may result in withdrawal of support.
Liability Disclaimer
Participation in physical activities, events, or training involves certain risks. Surfer Collection is not liable for injuries, damages, or personal losses sustained during participation. Participants are responsible for their own health, safety, and belongings.
Intellectual Property
All logos, content, course materials, images, and branding under Surfer Collection are the intellectual property of Surfer Collection and cannot be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written consent.
Privacy and Data Use
We collect and process personal information for registration, communication, and programme management purposes. Your data will be protected in line with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
